Space Rentals

1158 Dean is an elegant, loft-like space which can be easily re-configured for special layouts. The 600+ sq. ft. gallery is available for art exhibitions, film screenings, intimate receptions and other special occasions.

The space is sunny and features high ceilings and hardwood floors.

Rental rates for 1158Dean depend on the type of event, day of week/time of year, duration of the rental and the number of people involved. The rates below are provisional base rates.

Art exhibitions:

Weekly (7 days) rate of $1050.00

Photo shoots:

Daily (8 hours) rate of $300.00

Hourly rate of $45.00 with a 4 hour minimum

Receptions, meetings, parties etc:

Hourly rate of $90.00 with a 4 hour minimum
